I'm Laureen, a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for supporting women, moms and couples through life transitions. My practice focuses on Women's Mental Health, Maternal Mental Health, Fertility Challenges and the complexities of Perinatal and Postpartum Mood Disorders. I believe in providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive space for individuals and couples to heal, grow, and thrive.

I hold a Masters in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Case Manager. I am dedicated to helping women and couples navigate the intricate web of emotions and challenges that can arise during various life stages. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy and understanding, as I recognize that every person's experience is unique. I follow a humanistic and whole-person approach which includes leading with curiosity, empathy and genuineness.  My goal is to empower you to build resilience, overcome obstacles, increase connection and live your best life.
